Hello all,

I am fighting an issue I don't understand. I can get the cruise to set, but only momentarily - it grabs the pedal and then shuts down immediately.  I have checked all of the wiring and everything seems to be ok.  Used the small vacuum line that goes into the cabin for vacuum.  I have used the GREEN / WHITE wire and white wire on the PCM for VSS and tach respectively.  LED inside unit tests fine - brake connections are fine, etc.  All of the switches but 1 and 3 are set to off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me CRAZY!

Thanks

Still haven't figured this out.  The cruise will grab for a moment and then immediately disengage.  Is it possibly a lack of vacuum?  Has anyone else from about 97-03 installed one of these on their 2.2L Cavalier?  Did you need the vacuum cyl as well?  Where did you tap the vacuum.

Thanks again all.
