Hi,

I bought a '93 Isuzu Trooper a month ago and it has factory cruise that does not work.  I took it to a local mechanic shop.  He had it 3 days and asked me to bring it back today (Monday).  He said he thought it could possibly be the cruise module.  I read a post elsewhere that if the wires could be connected wrong from a previous clutch job.  BTW, the Upshift light only comes on in 5th gear too.

The Question: Take it to Isuzu dealer or back to the mechanic?  Thanks, Chris

Take it back to the person who put the CLUTCH in, and tell them, hey all this worked before you did the job, so get it working again! I would, no doubt.

Can't do that.  The previous owner had the clutch changed, not I.  Not very many responses to cruise questions, is there?  Guess they are not "juicy" enough.  C
