I just got this vehicle and I thought I would try to get the cruise working. I already checked the fuse, so basically I am just looking for any ideas on what to look for next. The steering column has been replaced so I am thinking it might have something to do with that, but i dont know what to look for besides checking that all the wires were connected.
What are common causes for failure on cruise control systems?
Thanks

If that is a Factory Cruise........
Check :
1. Power at & Servo ....Handle ...It pulls straight out of the Column
2. Servo....It is Vacuum so check hoses and Resivoir
3. Brake Switch & Vacuum Switch at Brake Pedal
4. Speed Sensor
