97 cavalier 2.2L I think I have found the tach wire at the plug near driver side strut tower.  GREEN / WHITE wire.  I have not hooked up the tach because some other posts said not to on an automatic car.  Also just read tonight that you should ground it.  Is this true or should I hook it up.  If so where is the wire.  Anyway, the cruise does nothing.  I have voltage tested all wires and did the tests to see if the LED lights up and it all seems good.  Comes back to the VSS or tach wire???

Settings:

ppm 4000

speed signal VSS&TACH
sensetivity medium
control switch normaly open
tach source ecm
