A favorite of many would be BassBox Pro and combine that with Xover Pro both made by HT-Audio.

Their software will handle sealed, vented, iso, etc... fairly intuitive software with full editing on S/T parameters and adding new products to the lineup. Combine that with Xover Pro and you'll have a highly accurate system. Best part, they won't hurt your wallet. $200 for both from ht-audio.com

They also have a speaker tester which wil find the S/T numbers for those "my-friend-gave-them-to-me" subs (and speakers). Excellent tool for finding your numbers to calculate on that unknown brand name sub.

I want to build a box for my friends New style Mustang, not sure of the year. He wants it close to the rear seats in the trunk. So he can still get to his spare tire easily.
