Hey i am new to the website, i have looked all over this forum for an answer on how exactly to line the bottom of your wheel well in order for the fibergalss mold to release from the wheel well.  I have heard to tape the whole area and then line that with aluminum foil.  Is this a good way of getting the mold to release?  Also, once the mold is made what is the best way to attach the mold to a baffel board?  should you leave a ring of fiberglass around the mold and screw it to the wood, then seal that with more glass, or is there some other way of doing this?  Thanks Ryan...

Also, rubbing some car wax with canuba will help with the release, then you just need to figure out how to keep the mat in place to glass it   =D!!

Thanks for the information.  Does anyone know how to attach the mold to a peice of wood that the subwoofer would be screwed into.  ( a baffle board ) .  i am confused on how to join the 2 peices once the mold is made, and i have cut the board in the correct size. i am planning on using 3/4 inch mdf for the baffle. Thanks for all the information so far.
