sub box, audiobahn aw1805 18 sub

Hey guys i need some help on a box design. I have bass box pro and i put all the info i need in and the dimensions came out ok but the port is too long to go in the box. Im building a vented box with a audiobahn aw1805 subwoofer 18" Just wondering if you guys had any advice for me. This is going in a 99 tahoe. there will be two of them in the vehicle and im going to be building 2 seperate boxes one for each. they will be running on a hifonics butus amp. i got i built a 5 cubic foot box per sub with a .162 cubic foot port. The two subs together in the tahoe are the loudest thing i have ever heard. we bent the roof in. It is insane here comes the boom!!!
