I am wanting to try my hand at a sealed fiberglass enclosure for either a single 10 or single 12 (I haven't decided yet). The enclosure will be in the cargo area of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am wondering how much the enclosure shape matters in terms of premium SQ output and efficiency. I will post a photo tonight of the area in the car where i would like to 'glass. It is an odd shape, which is why I'm asking. I didn't want to get any standing waves or any acoustic cancellation...please advise.

Photo to follow. Thanks for the help!!!

what I have found in the past is that shape for a fiberglass enclosure is not the issue. just make sure that you have the correct airspace. if you can try to give the woofer as much space as you can from the back of the enclosure so that it can access the air. there are times when in your box you have dead air because of weird angles. but as long as you have the correct airspace like I said it will be just fine.
