what is the best frequency to tune enclosures for spl?

I have 2 juggernaut 15's it calls for 4.5 cubic feet with a 50 square in. x 16 L

this is net space but this is what i dont understand....

3" round port equals 7.07 square inches  -  4" round port equals 12.56  -

6" round port equals 28.26 square inches....this sounds confusing i have sufficent space just need some help?

Take your time do it right.

it's just pie r squared since you are dealing with round ports

example for a 3" round port:  1.5x1.5x3.14..... = 7.07square inches

Yeah but im planning on doing a square port so a 50 square inch port is 18.5 x 2.75=50.8 -----x 16 length is this right?
