will fiberglass stick?

it should.  just make sure you rough it up with 100 grit or so and then clean it with degreaser or something along that line. 

use 36 grit.......it will help it hold better, and you might want to thing about drilling some holes in it to. the resin sticks better. it will drip thru the holes and anchor itself thru the plastic. another option is to get some duramix and remake that part that is missing. it would be a lot quicker than covering the whole bumper just to make one little piece.

I've been sick lately, sorry I won't be on much.

I was thinking about drilling holes too. Maybe even do a thin layer of resin on the inside of the cladding to connect the drip through and strengthen the anchor. But I want to make the cladding glossy black, and cover up the stupid "Laredo" badge. I think it will work out nicely.Imagination and drive are the keys to greatness.
