Im making a new fiberglass dashboard and Im just wondering what kind of techniques there are you wet sanding. I've done it before it woodshop, with polyurathene, and 500 grit paper, but Im sure its a bit different with fiberglass. Anyone got any tips?

The fact that it's fiberglass doesn't change the methods.  You're wetsanding the primer or the painted surface, not the fiberglass itself.

the only thing that i can think is different, would be that you will neet to start with 1000 grit most of the time. depending on what you are sanding it for. if you are gonna sand the imperfections from the clear, then start with 1000 grit. if you are sanding the clear that was used as a mid-coat and then doing some graphics the you will usually want to use a 600 grit or so.
