nobody has answered this, and i know it's cause they think your crazy.    What he refers to as a Boot, is more commonly known to us as a Trunk.  And i'm guessing build means custom.

So boys and girls, can he please have some tips on building a "custom trunk" in a Vauxhall Corsa...

well foosts, what kind of build do you want? custom fit boxes on the edges of your trunk or do you want your whole trunk to be fiberglassed?

as always i give this link, it helps to get a good hint on fiberglassing for starters

http://web.njit.edu/~cas1383/proj/main/

or another good website where i have learned material on fiberglassing is

www.alpine.com   << find the Demo Cars they have and look at the Mini...website isn't working properly so i can't give specific link.

anywho just use the material you can read up on and you can develop a way to make up a custom box, kicker, etc. in your car.
