Hey all... does anyone have any pics of sub enclosures for passenger vans?

I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan and am looking for ideas on how to redesign the stereo layout I have...

I'm currently running a "low" 240 watt system comprised of 2 Hi-Fonics Plutos and a PPI A-100 with a Legacy crossover.

I've accepted the fact that I'll have to most likely use the whole area behind the third row of seats for the enclosure / amp rack. Please keep in mind that the van is my daily driver. Passenger Van Sub Enclosures? -- posted image.

Thanks in advance for any help / ideas. Passenger Van Sub Enclosures? -- posted image.

You have that right, the area behind the third row would be ideal. These things do take up quite some room unless you go with small subs. Still, the amps take up room unless you put them somewhere else, being as creative as you can.

Yeah.. I only plan on running 2 10" Kaptions... not fancy...

I can build it, but the designing part is the tricky piece...

the hard part will be making it fit the door correctly.... you might want to mask, and pull a mold off the door.  then build the front.

I think that going with the template idea is a good one.... I may just do that to see how large I can make the enclosure...

I have some pics of the enclosure when it was in my old van.. I'll see if I can post them for everyone to see what I'm talking about.

Thanks for the responses from everyone!!

Hey everyone... here's the link to SoundDomain ( http://members.sounddomain.com/cdngman) where I have pics posted. Passenger Van Sub Enclosures? -- posted image.    Let me know what you think and how I can change the layout.

If possible, I'd like to keep the box and just re-arrange the amps / crossover, etc.

Thanks again! Passenger Van Sub Enclosures? -- posted image.
