Soo, I finally got the thing sanded down decently and almost ready. I decided to put bedliner on it since it gives it a more textured look, as well as matches with going in my truck. Here is the current shots. I'll upload pics of the subs tomorrow after the paint dries.

4 subs in a single chamber? I hope your get'n some mean mothaz of subs, cuz they're gona tear themselves apart.

itlooks like the bottom is flat so its probly a sheet of mdf.  Not too bad for a first project

There is another MDF box which is wedge shaped which will attach in under the subs so each one will have a sealed chamber. Then, as defective suggested, there will be a vinyled piece of MDF to seal the bottom (even though it will go against the back of seats in a tahoe). The subs aren't the greatest, but are decent enough compared to some of the crappy choices I had at the local circuit city. I'll have pics of it when I have it in my tahoe. As of now, Im delayed since my head unit (AVIC-N1) just went out on me, so I have to send it back for repairs.
