This is the single 10" enclosure Im workin on for my girls Hyundai Tiburon.

Here's my progress so far.  The only thing Im pissed about is last night I added resin to the fabric, but it didn't harden up like I thought.  Could it be that I didn't add enough hardener to the mix?  Crappy material (it's not fleece).  I think I may have to re-wrap it with actual fleece this time around.

I know I soaked then entire box although from some of the wetter spots it looks like it wasn't.

it looks good so far. i always use fleece for sub enclosures, since it soaks up the resin really good. although i learned last week not to use black fleece.. very hard to tell when the fleece is thoroughly soaked..lol. oh well, live and learn, right? keep us posted on the progress!

Not bad, that fiberglass floor seems to have come out acceptionally well. I would have suggested making a MDF floor but hey, it still came out good. As civic said, keep us posted, oh and have fun sanding haha Pics of my new project -- posted image.

How thick are the walls and floor of the enclosure?

Doesn't look like it's thick enough from the pics. Only about 3/8 "

Yea the box isn't too thick, I was running a little low on fiberglass, but I just got my new shipment in off Ebay so I might just add an extra layer or two - I shouldn't be so lazy.  Anyway, I will keep you updated on the progress of course, Im gonna work on it some more today after work.  Im also gonna see if I get my hands on some fleece cause I dont care for that material I used.  It feels like this box is taking forever to me haha

And in the future, Im definitely gonna use MDF for the base - I just figured Id make the base out of glass because her spare tire well sticks up a little.
