well, what exactly do you know? Are you completely new to fiberglass? Do you know how fiberglass works? I mean, we can help you, we just need to know what extent your knowledge of fiberglass is so we dont go losing you somewhere.

Alright, now that I know what I'm dealing with I can help you.
Your first step is going be to get your ideas all together. Figure out what your looking for and draw them out on paper (dont have to be a master piece, just needs to be a good reference). Once you have ur ideas all together its time to learn how to fiberglass.

Thats an excellent ameture tutorial that you should read over and figure out what tools you'll need and such. I could tell you everything involved but to go into detail would take an hour and 3 pages to type. To sum it up you'll need fiberglass resin, MEKP (liquid hardener usually comes with resin), cheap paint brushes, mixing cups, fleece, MDF (making the frame), a Jig saw or router (making mounting rings), lots of sand paper and a sander. I probably missed something.... well, I'll post again if I did. But thats the basic sum up of what is needed.
Once you have ur idea and ur materials its all a matter of trial and error your first time. Not screwing up with fiberglass on ur first attempt would mean ur some kind of gifted person because it took me about 4 tries before I was finally satisfied enough with my work to actually try to sell my fiberglassing skills. Anyway, check that stuff out and give it a try. Post back if I missed anything or something is unclear or you have more questions. Good luck with this!
