OK, This weekend i plan on doing my first fiberglass box. I'm pretty confident in doing this since i read every article and forums there are. I just need to know what to watch out for while doing this. Tools that can make things easier. Place to get the materials cheap. Names of the materials. cause  last time i tried to do this, the guys at mernards look at me like i was stupid.

Also Can i get some design tips. Like what you guys did with your first box. I plan on using wood mostly cause i read it makes it a bit easier. Is this true?

And just one more question, Eventually i plan on do custom panels inside the car(consoles, door panels). How would i go about doing this. Oh I have a 95 honda civic coupe.

Use as much mdf as possible.  Mdf is strong on the flat areas.  Fiberglass is extremely stong on curves.  Use fiberglass cloth for some strong material.  The mat is also good but you can do less with the cloth.  Use a roller to help get the airbubles out between layers of fiberglass.

Here's a place a lot of people go on this site:  http://www.shopmaninc.com/index.html

Go to your local art shop and get the green foam blocks.  Glue them together and carve your kick panels out of them.  Layer the fg over and you've got a speaker pod.  Good luck
