I have been checking out this forum for a while and decided to show some of the things I have been working on. I hope you enjoy these pictures and there will be more to follow. Sorry for the quality of these but I had trouble making them small enough to upload.

You can pick up some door panels at a scrap/car junk yard or at a place like pick-a-part.  I know what you mean about the pic size, I had the same problem.  Actually, I can't even upload pics right.  Every time I do, they come out like a box with an X in it.  I had .jpg in the file name so I have no clue what's going on and nobody can help me I guess.

Nice job on those kicks.

djdaveoc I would try uploading them to a place like photobucket instead, and linking the url's to them back here in your posts.

wow nicely done, I'm sure the sq is great.  Planning on doing the same thing, door panels are never deep enough, I know, I tried fitting those same rockfords in mine and had to take them back because they didn't fit.

I agree that if you are woried about messing up the panels then just get some from a junk yard and work on those. I do that sort of thing a lot. Plus those kicks I made didn't require any modification to the door except for a few small holes to mount them, and those would be behind the factory grill if I decided to replace it.
