Fiberglass cloth?

I'm confused about fiberglass mat and cloth. This looks to be woven mat. Is the same thing as cloth or is it different? http://www.cardomain.com/item/FSHMAT24OZ3Y Also how do you work with the cloth or woven mat? I know you are supposed to tear the regular mat but what do you do to apply woven mat or cloth or whatever it is to something like a sub box? Thanks

Ok, this is my take on cloth vs mat. I use cloth on the outside, and mat on the inside. IMO cloth is like 10000x's easier to sand down than mat, it also comes out much more even, so when I'm getting ready to paint, I like to have a cloth finish so it doesn't take 200 hours of sanding to get it smooth enough to bondo. As for how to apply it. I usually take a pair of good sharp scisors and cut it to shape. Like if I'm making a box, I lay it out over the area I'm glassing and use a marker to mark off what needs to go, cut it out, then lay the resin over it using my brush to push it around to where I want it.
