I have some crappy subs right now.  I was thinking about going ahead and making a box with them and then upgrading to some better subs later.  My question is:  Are all 10” subs the same diameter, or do they vary from brand to brand and design to design?  I would hate to FG an enclosure and then be stuck with my crappy subs.

Damn, it did it to me again.  It didn't look like that when I previewed it.  Anyway, it says:

They do differ in size but most would be close. You would however have to make the box the correct volume for the new subs. I think it might be better to at least decide on what subs you would like to upgrade to, then build a box for them and just put the ones you have now in it until you can upgrade.
