i'm planning on making door panels for my speakers, so i'm going to make molds and then rings, fleece, glass... my question is, how do i attach it to the existing door panel? i don't want to cut it, so, maybe sheetrock screws? i'd like to keep the damage to the original panel as low as possible. by the way, my car is an opel corsa b. i'd appreciate any suggestions.

All the times ive seen it done (online), they redid the whole door pannel, what about making kick pannels instead?

i was thinking about it, i just didn't want to go thru all the hassle of working inside the car and all that, i'll start next week, and upload pics as soon as i get them.

If you go to Loews or The Home Depot you can get washer nuts and glass them onto the door panel. I have pictures but I haven't uploaded them yet. They have different sizes but I used 3/4 washer size with a 1/4-20 nut. It looks like a little top hat. But it worked great. Once I upload them, if you want to see them LMK.

Yeah, I agree with John since you don't want to cut them. Depending on the car you could go to a junk yard and pick up a pair that you wouldn't mind cutting which would make it a lot easier.
