Now I know you guys hear about all kinds of ways to bond plastic. half of them work and most that work dont work well. I work at a custom bike shop and the owner introduced me to something that is just awesome. Its called plastex. It used a powder and some liquid to harden and works great. I have seen him repair many bikes with it and never have I had any doubts that it was the best shhh out there. Now its king of pricey and it comes from canada but I think its well worth it. I would like to find out what it is made of so I can get the materials and make my own but until then This stuff will do.   You simply put this powder on lets say a cracked dash(after proper scuffing) and use this eye dropper to wet the powder. an 20 minutes to an hour later its done. It will stick to all kinds of plastics and works great.  If I am correct, there will be someone around here selling basically the same thing but with a different name selling it  soon here. I hope this post doesnt piss them off but I mean no harm.  I feel this is a place for information where we can share each others ideas and findings.  So please, you know who you are, dont be mad for this post.  I'm actually glad you will be selling it cause that just means it is a good product like I thought.

Any ways here is a website   http://www.plastex.ca/repairs/motorcycle.asp  check out the videos.  They show just how awesome this product is. I just wish it wasnt so expensive and that they had a huge kit that could be used for large creations in lue of fiberglass.
