Hey guys (girls),

I have a 96 mustang convertible, only important because the trunk is way smaller than a non-convertible. I was looking for ideas on MDF/Fiberglass amp and sub construction. I have a Power Acoustic Area 51 1200w amp and have thought about making a spare tire enclosure for it but worried about overheating. Also, im an avid golfer and besides speaker equipment my clubs are all thats ever in my trunk so I need to find a creative place for my subs(2 10's). I've just purchased an Audiobahn A4004t and want to make some sort of rack for it in the trunk also, but Im up for suggestions and need yours..Thanks in advance

You could build  an amp rack on the inside of the trunk lid. It would keep the amp completely out of the way

Nismo, wouldn't mounting an amp there hinder the cooling of the amp and cause it to overheat easier?
