Just saw something interesting and wondered what the experts' thoughts are?
http://www.hzemall.com/our_gallery/installs_tims/accord/trunk.htm
How would this setup sound?
Compared two the same subs in the same car WITH a box?
Would you recommend this setup? To whom?
Any opinions from experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Infinite baffle... If the subs are meant for free-air, awesome.  If not, they're going to sound like poo.  In a proper box they would sound much better.

There is nuthing wrong with free air subs at all.  Just make sure that they are actually free air and it would be fine, if not mount them in an appropriate sized box.  If they are not free air, that guys whole project is a watse of time and will sound really bad
