GMC Center Console

First of all Hi to everyone first post on this forum but hopefully I'll be around a while. I have a 1990 GMC Sierra Extented Cab that has an old wood center console from a van between the bucket seats. Im wondering how hard it would be to design and build a fiberglass console. It would be my first glass project. If it would be a simple enough beginner job about how much supplies do you think i would need and around how much would it cost me. Welcome to the forum bud, a lot of us would be glad to help you, but before asking questions which have already been answered numerous times, u might want to use the search option.  Allow it to be your best friend on the site.  Also there was a good build up on a Dodge Durango Center Console by TCalYen, so look that up and should answer your question.  Nobody can tell you exactly how much a project will cost you as it varries on a lot of factors, but think about spending between $200-500 dollars this being your first project and it being as large as it is.

I recommend you look at the sticky topic "how to make a fiberglass enclosure." Although that is a particular type of project, the foundations and principles for almost all fiberglass projects can be seen in that one how to.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
