I've installed the Notto Se HID kit on my truck. When the car is off the lights work great. When I turn the truck on the lights flicker then go off. It is hooked up correctly and came with a very nice relay and wiring harness. I've read and tried everything and nothings seems to work. If you own a Ram and have delt with this would really apprieciate your help.

have you figured it out yet?... i just installed HID high/low kit myself and the supplier has no clue what the issue is and ive spent 2 days on line trying to figure it out. i think it has something to do with the negative pulse to check for a burnt out bulb. mine works great when engine off... changes from high to low no issues. but i start the truck up and it flashes from high to low beam a few times and either stops  or burns out the fuse. i am a mechanic so i know the power supply and grounds are good. im gettin gready to tear the whole deal out and buy the fake bulbs .
