I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. My turn signals, brake lights and flashers just stopped working this week. The third brake light still works and the lights come on but will not flash for the turn signals, when i put on the brakes or hazard lights. I checked the turn signal fuse and it seems to be fine.

I have an viper car alarm system. It was installed 2 years ago. I thought it might be a fuse or a relay?

Did you remove the part of the dash that houses the Hazard switch?  If so did you forget to plug it back in?

I didn't remove anything, but i will check. The flashers still light on the dash and the turn signal flashes also really fast. But front and rear lights do not flash.

Fast blinkers is usually an indication of a burnt out lamp.

When I remote start the car. It says that start is disabled due to theft system. But the car starts and runs normal. Does the bypass need reset and could that be the reason the turn signals and brake lights dont work.

Got it fixed. Turned out to be the bypass. Needed to be reset. Ended up just replacing it with a new one. The old bypass I had was obsolete. Now the lights are functioning fine.
