97 honda crv reverse light not showing

hey guys have a 97 honda crv and  i was hooking up my car audio yesterday and mistaken made my remote wire and ground wire to touch and i give a lil spark. I notice that my reverse light does not come on now i check the fuses they are all ok, also i notice the reverse beep beep tone is no longerr present while reversing what could be the problem.

Have you checked all fuses at interior fuse box and at the engine bay?

yes i check eveerything i was reading something on the internet saying the on the transmission it has a reverse light sensor or something, tell me more about it or how could i find it.

Check your fuses again!

Pull each one out and inspect and test it properly, sometimes fuses blow without any noticeable damage to the element! If all is still well, put car in reverse and check for voltage at rear lights!

hey thank for the reply  found the problem i had put back the 7.5 amp fuse back in the wrong slot i has put it in the slot for daytime running light, which much vehicle does not have. So i switch them and my reverse light is now working.
