i want to know how do i change the rate of my tail light flahing. i know it i take the bulb out the front it blinks faster and vise versa. How do i do that without taking the bulb out?

You can buy an LED bulb for your car. It draws less power and your flasher will bling faster.

the blinkers rate goes on a piece of metal going up and down. it goes up and down because of heat. when it is up it is off, and when it is down it is on. so when you take a bulb out it gets hotter faster, and goes faster. so ou can get leds or try to make the current higher

Its an LED bulb. you get it at autozone or just about any car store.
