1996 Chevy Camaro interior lights

I have interior lights that would go off automatically a few seconds after the  car was started.  Now, they stay on all the time!!  The only way to get them off was to pull the fuse controlling them.  I am looking for the delay or timer that controls this.  Any help would be appreciated.

Did you connect any additional electroincs to circuit, ex. remote start w keyless or an alarm?
