I just downloaded the diagram for alternating headlights and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the little box that has a switch wire and a power wire going in to it, is........the letter in it are X-L

I'm not positive, but is that a flasher?  I saw that on a diagram here, but wasn't sure cause I've never worked with it:

Hey Kenwoodsunfire, you're looking for a sequencer? Like the cop car's.  Try looking at a model train store, they use them for their train crossing lights.

the diagram all the way on the bottom is a flasher yep u got it that is how the light will flash. hey cp goose did you install the 530 t????good luck see ya.
