i saw a topic on here about running 3 volt LED's in your car...to do this you need to have a resistor, but which one? Its' a 330 ohm resistor...heres how you calculate that if anyone wants to know how :

Just thought that might help some folks out. Also I have a question. if i have a power wire, connect a resistor to it, and then a wire out of the resistor, can I split the wire coming out and run multiple LED's off of one resistor? Iam planning to do an LED light conversion throughout my car and though that might be a factor to know about. I'll post some pics later to show my progress. any help would be greatly appriciated!

No you cant because you are those leds are all pulling a certain amount of power so you have to calculate the amount of leds you are going to run with the amount of power you have. How do i get the voltage drop? Say i wanna hook 6 led's up in parallel, how do i get voltage drop?
