I  want to make dimmer something like  this.

I am trying to drive this dimmer my car led gauge lights.

Can anyone tell where i can found schematic and component types and values?

I am trying to make lightning with 3-5 SuperFlux leds and couple of conventional 5mm super bright leds.

I put each led itīs own series resistor, calculated with 13.8v

It depends on exactly how much power you need, but I think you could probably get away with using a variable resistor like the Radio Shack 25 ohm 3 watt unit # 271-265

http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F011%5F002%5F011%5F000&product%5fid=271%2D265

Just wire it into the feed line to your LEDs.
