Ok, this is what I want to do. I got a deal on some Neons and they are going to go on my girls truck. What I want to do is have them come on when the door is open and turn off when the door is shut (like the dome light). I will also want to turn them on when ever I want (driving or sitting still). What do I need to make this possiable?
Thanks
Wade

Use a relay and a toggle. Wire relay to activate via ground. Isolate door trigger/triggers and switch inputs from each other.

Thast cool I am going to keep this in mind.  I talked to her and they are th Pipedream LEDs and she likes the little control box that it comes with.  It will let here change the speed and movement of the lights.  Sorry for the mistake but they are LEDs not Neons.

Thanks

Wade
