wiring of neons fron my trunk

on the neons i have already it splits off to + and - right? well i have speaker power wire coming from my battery to my trunk and i have a switch..just fyi... can i just hook the postive up to that power wire like wrap it around or what ever i have to do and the the negative can i do it likewise can i just hook it up to a ground in the trunk? or wiring info would be helpful

If you mean power wire going to an amp, yes you can hook it to that. Probably the easiest thing to do. If you want it to simply come on when the amp does, that is easy to do too, without a switch.
