A good buddy of mine just recently purchased a 9007 Bi-xenon kit for his Dodge Ram.  I had already installed one of these kits in my F-150 and told him it was not a big deal.

We got his kit all wired up, and we ran into a problem.  His "Lamp Out" indicator comes on and the bulbs just flash once they are turned on.  Everything is grounded and everything is wired up correctly.  This kit only plugs in to one of the factory headlight harnesses, leaving one of them empty (I assume this is where the "Lamp Out" indicator comes from).

How do I go about fixing this other than just putting a halogen bulb into the empty harness?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

not hard at all. Use a realy to power up the HID's and the 12v wire on the headlight to trigger the relay.

To turn off the lamp out find the right risitor inbetween the 12v and ground side of the plug.

Should take about 30 min
