The OE bulb is a 9007 dual fillament 1 bulb.

There are several HID manufacturers that make a replacement that has an HID for low beam, and a standard bulb for high. (all in one)

Or the motorized type that pull the bulb in and out.

Google works.

I used a 9007 HID bi-xenon system on my Toyota PU and it works great.
