I installed a PRS-D1200SPL amp with two 10 inch Pioneer Flat subs into a 2007 Chevy Silverado with navi and bose. I got singal from the rear speakers before they entered the door (I tested to make sure they were the correct signal wires).

The LOC I used was the Street Wires Re-Q. I am currently not getting output from the amp then I used a tone gen. to make sure the amp was working properly... it was. I messed around with the gains on the Re-Q and the amp at one point I managed to get some output, but it wasn't nearly what it should be. Thinking it was a bad Re-Q I swapped it out for a PAC SNI-35 LOC, still the same problem. I even went as far as to attach RCA ends to my signal wires that didn't seem to make a difference either.

The only thing I could think of is to get signal from the front speakers. Maybe I should swap amps? I am just so confused why this isn't working, any help would be great.

Most all of today’s factory amplified systems include an active crossover hi pass for all speakers in the system. Often even the subwoofer is in an Active band pass configuration. In many 05 GM trucks for instance the sub is high passed at 45hz with a 24db slope and a strong equalization peak at 50hz. There is no adaptor in existence that can give you a full low pass from a hi pass or band pass output. Surprisingly many if not most car audio installers out there do not know this. I always test and never take anyone’s word for it. I am not yet familiar with the 07 GM trucks so I wont BS you. In the 05-06 GM amplified systems the only true full range output is the tweeter out. This is full range because the tweeter uses passive 6db crossovers and no active filtration from the amp.

Like I said I am not familiar with your specific truck but this is where I would start.
