 i have an alpine cda9851 2 12w6 v2 and a 500/1 amp how should i wire the subs? thanks in advance

The head unit will not have anything to do with how you wire your subs.   
We do need to know what impedance the subs are though to tell you how to wire them

the subs are 2 jl w6 both are dvc with each voice coil having an impedance of 4 ohm

You haven't seen the wiring diagrams?  With choices of 1 ohm and 4 ohm, and with your amp being capable of handling impedance of 1.5 ohm and above....that leaves out the 1 ohm option.  And gives you the 4 ohm option.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
