looking at the jl audio stealth box for my crewcab chevy and saw the speakers are only rated around 150 watts. has anyone heard one of these enclosures and what were their opinions? i have been out of the loop for a while and am just getting back into the audio scene. just gonna utilize all of my old-school orion stuff, 280, 2150's, 250 hcca's.  looking into the avn 5500 as a head unit. really want some hard hitting bass on a medium budget.

any answers will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you can afford a JL Stealthbox, I couldn't imagine a better bass solution - you will certainly never find a better 150watts . . .

JL Audio makes superlative gear.

the price on the box isn't the issue, just concerned with the sound quality. don't want a crappy sounding sub set-up. i like the punch of a good rock song. not sure of many more options .

Then a JL stealthbox is a great choice - I would have reservations if you expected some sort of huge output - but if you just want something to fill in the low end with some pleasant accuracy, you could hardly do better.
