05 honda accord hybrid groung noise

sorry if this is brought up alot but it wouldnt let me post in the ground q&a so here it is i cant seem to get rid of the awful engine noise in a 05 honda accord hybrid ive tryed everything i can think of i tryed new rca/s ran them down oppiset sides of vehicle as the power wire tryed using a new line drop ive changed amps aswell the equipment installed is factory h/u and a kicker 550.2 amp running to a L5 i also checked the ground resistance and got a .6 so i know the ground is good as well if any one has any idea what this could be please give me info also the noise goes away when you open any of the doors on the vehichle if that helps at all thanks

Thats kinda weird i would try a new ground spot anyways. Another thing that i have done just to try and find out where the noise is coming from is to run the rcas down the middle of the car out in the open away from everything just to see if the noise is coming from them. Another possibility is if you had the car on when you hooked the wires up you could have possibley back fed power through the rcas an fried the internal ground in your headunit. Sorry i have no idea what the doors could have to do with anything.
1 12" mtx 9500 4ohm dvc 1 8100d and 1 1501d almost loud enough to cover the sounds of my car dying.
