Wiring question

When wiring in caps on the hot side should be the inline fuse near the battery then to the caps then throu a fused distribution block then to the amps is this correct?

It still doesn't have enough power!

Forgot to mention be sure to fuse the line no more than 18 inches from the battery

Already did that , just trying to figure out where I am going to put the cap then the distribution block. It kinda gets tight in a VW Corrado in the back. 
It still doesn't have enough power!

Just remember you  always want to keep the cap within 18 inches from your amp!
