looking for some suggestions to delete my rear seat and add a custom fibreglass enclosure....any suggestions?

Hopefully you have someone to do it for you, and it won't be cheap! You have a large space to fill, so I suggest you put your amps on there as well. If you are going to do it yourself, then good luck and here is a page that will give you and idea of how to make it:

what kind of equipment do u plan to use.... amps???? subs??????? what kind of sound are u tryin to attain???? more info please.....
