I have a 1999 orion hcca 12 dual 2ohm i wired it as follows.... the jumper goes from pos on one to pos on other, going to the amp i have pos from one voice coil and neg of other going to the punch 850.2 bridged how many ohms is it at?

From what you did write, you've got the amp bridged into a 1ohm load = not too good for the amp (or the sub, really).

These are the 2 options you have; https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=1&I=22 -from what you wrote, you've got it wired like option #1 (1ohm). You want it to be wired like option #2 (4ohms).

ok is there a way to achieve 2 ohms with maybe using a dual voice coil 4 ohm and a dual 2ohm subs together

Run the coils of the dual 2 ohm in series for 4 ohms, and parallel it with ONE voice coil of the dual 4 ohm woofer (leave the other voice coil completely unconnected). There's your 2 ohms, but your dual voice coil 4 ohm woofer will have reduced power handling - about 25% reduced.
But generally speaking, no, there isn't.
