What the hell is wrong with this units? I know that there is some problem with the software but what exactly is it wrong with them?  We have to send in the 10 that we sold but so far we haven't had any complaints about them.

C'mon we can't be the only Kenwood dealer in the country. Someone must know something about it.

Microsoft built them.................

We haven't got any of the 7 and 8 series here in Canada yet.  I can tell you the DNX5120 freezes, or make won't recognize the ubs drive.   The tell me there is a software upgrade to solve the problem, should have it in day or two.  I was playing with KVT512, just put on display board, and when you shut it off and turn on no sound.

My guess, cost cutting, lack of testing, could go on but..............................
