i installed the 560t RS in a 2006 civic however when i turn on the RS the oem alarm goes off im guessing its because i didnt connect the green and blk wire to disarm the oem alarm. the factory alarm wire is brown(+) so does this wire need to see a negative or positive pulse to disarm??

The brown disarm requires a negative pulst to disarm the factory security.

Is this 560t RS one of those units that uses the factory remote to activate? Here is the problem with using factory transmitters.

You MUST use the factory arm and disarm wires.  If it doesn't use the factory remote, I can't understand why it would arm.
