Hey all,

I have a 2007 Pontiac G5 Coupe with the Pioneer Premium Sound System. I was wondering if anyone has taken apart the dash to get the radio out. I am usually good with getting radios out but for some reason I'm not having an easy time. It looks like a chevy cobalt in a way but the G5's peices seem too brittle. I was wondering if anyone can give me a step by step with pictures or at least a step by step on how to get the radio out. Also, I know that some radios, such as a VW, has a security code on the radio so that you cant unplug it, does my car have one? No there is no security symbol or blinking red light. Any honest help by someone who's done it would be appreciated. Here is a picture of the dash and radio.

Thanks,

Alan
