I have a 96 maxima with stock bose speakers, each with a seperate amp. I installed a Pioneer avic D3 using the rca outputs to the stock harness and grounded all the grounds to the bracket which holds the HU, which is the stock ground. When I turn my ignition to the off position from the ACC or if I let my HU turn on then I start the vehicle and it shuts off I get a medium level POP come from all the speakers and I noticed a really really low whine when im above 3K rpm and I have the volume down/off. Any help is appreciated.

Does the whine mean there is for sure a ground loop?

Probably.  Did you use the proper Bose interface adapter for your vehicle?

Yea I used the one from metra but there is a couple extra grounds that are "unshielded" that I grounded with the rest. I also grounded the Bluetooth units ground with them.
