I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado and want to utilize my factory XM antenna with my My-Fi portable unit.  Is this possible and where can i get the adapters is so.

It's possible but there are almost certainly no adapters commercially available. You would have to splice sections of the coax cable together which would most likely degrade the sound quality. IMO best to just run the antenna supplied with your My-Fi.
