What do you mean by "flex port"?  Tubing you can bend or pre-made straight ports with variable length?

I mean I need a port that I can bend angles in for install as my box is built into the side panels of my truck and since there is not enough room for the port in the box I need to run it from the top and flush it into a panel above the box with it making a couple turns that I cant anticipate the exact angle of ahead of time. I know JL used to make a product such as this but I cant seem to find anything anymore

Just use large diameter hose.  Like THIS.  You can put it anywhere you like and simply need to secure the ends to keep it the correct length.  Glue it to a piece of rigid PVC pipe for the exit flange on the baffle.

DYohn, wouldn't that hose need to be secured throughout the lenth of it? It seems like the air movement would shorten and lenthen the hose as the driver moves back and forth.

It's got to make flapping noises eitherway I would think.
